At the restaurant Turm in the South Tyrol food lovers and gourmets will not be disappointed: we guarantee you highly pleasurable experiences for the most discerning palate, romantic moments and long-lasting memories. Our prize-winning restaurant has been awarded 14 Gault Millau points and 3 spoons in the Aral Guide. A lovingly prepared romantic table awaits you in summer, set in the rose garden with stunning views of the Schlern mountain; in winter in the traditional “Stube”.  All accompanied by an excellent bottle of wine, already decanted for you so your dining experience can begin. Every night you can decide on the spot whether you prefer to take the half board main meal by choosing between the "romantic menu" and "1001 calorie menu", or should you prefer, you can choose something from the ‘à la carte’ choices offered by the award-winning restaurant.
Stefan's cooking skills are unique and he will definitely convince you of his culinary philosophy, which is creative, genuine and of the highest possible quality.
A master of the art of interpreting the local cuisine in an original way, he has made quite a name for himself, hence his motto is: offer the guest something special!
Stefan Pramstrahler, as the host of both the Romantik Hotel Turm and its restaurant, as well as homeowner and chef, has learned his trade from the ground up. Early on in his career he decided that his restaurant would one day be counted among the best in the South Tyrol. Today, the cuisine at the Turm Restaurant is characterized by its authenticity and also by the high quality standards and great experiments of the "wild" Mâitre.
